CAVEAT Law Offices was founded in the middle of 2000 by five (5) members of the Class of 1997 of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

The main bulk of its cases are in the nature of general litigation, including labor case. The Firm also practices from the Metropolitan/Municipal Trial Court up to the Supreme Court level.
