Soriano Corporation (holding company with varied interests in aviation, manufacturing, port management, hotel management, broadband, etc.)with principal offices in Makati. ASAC, which is located at the Manila Domestic Airport, was originally part of A. Soriano Aviation Inc., (ASAI), offering aircraft maintenance services and operating charter and semi-scheduled flights to Amanpulo Resort in Palawan using its own aircraft. After splitting off from ASAI in 2003, it is now primarily engaged in other aviation related activities that include international flight handling, aircraft hangarage, airport office leasing and other special aircraft support services.
ASAC is currently considered as one of the best private aircraft ground handlers in the country with Jeppesen DataPlan/USA/UK, etc. and other major international handlers as its major clients.
