From a kiosk/café at the third floor of Glorietta 4 that started operations in 2001, Bizu now has four other outlets located at Greenbelt 2, Corte de las Palmas in Alabang Town Center, The Promenade in Greenhills.
Bizu Patisserie and Bistro serves a wide selection of European-inspired breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner items. Its signature product is the chewy pastel-colored Macaron de Paris, an almond-based confection. It is also known for its highly creative and excellent-tasting cakes and pastries.
