Requirements:
Technical Support Agent (Inbound Account)
• Candidate must possess a college degree on any Computer or IT related course
• Good English writing and verbal communication skills including active listening
• Familiarity and proficiency in basic computer operations
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Required language(s): English
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• 2 Full-Time positions available
• Applicants must be willing to start (ASAP)
