THE SERVICES WE OFFER


Full Property Management. This service involves a team deployed on-site with a fully-qualified property manager to manage and make sure that all services needed in the property are accomplished. This ranges from property administration, budgeting, engineering maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety, billing, collection and bookkeeping and management of sub-contractors and suppliers (elevator operators, pest control, garbage collectors, etc). The scope may also include periodic audits and trainings of PM personnel.

Facilities Management. Similar to property management, a technical crew composed of multi-skilled technicians is likewise deployed on-site, headed by a facilities manager or technical supervisor. The service focuses on the routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities with a view to delivering a functional and safe work environment for the building occupants. The range of work may also include civil, metal- and carpentry-related FM tasks as well as conducting periodic building and safety audits on the facilities maintenance and trainings of FM personnel.

Sale & Leasing of Real Estate Properties. This service is aimed at maximizing the net earnings of an existing property. It includes managing, leasing and/or selling of property units; execution of contract documentation, budget preparation, control billing and collection, coordination of maintenance services and assistance to marketing among others. It may be applied to residential and office condominiums, dormitories, condotels, or to a group of separate houses that are centrally-managed.

Other Specific Services. We also offer services on a short-term engagement basis for those who require our professional assistance. These may be availed of:

* by building associations or facilities with an in-house administration/maintenance staff;
* by those who wish to improve their property administration system to ensure effective and efficient operati
