Company description:
FIBRE SORTING, INCORPORATED, a SEC registered company, was incorporated in October 2, 1990 to manufacture and sell paper products for the domestic market. Today, FSI is a producer of Standard Corrugating Medium as well as Chipboard.
The Mill received its TUV CERT ISO 9002 certification for its Quality Management System on October 14, 1997, and upgraded into ISO 9001:2000 version in November, 2004.
As a nature-loving company, FSI gives equal importance to business conducts and environment protection. Taking this commitment to international standards led to the implementation of a structured Environmental Management System and was granted to ISO 14001 certification in October, 1999.
Because FSI values people as its most important asset, the health and safety of its human resources is its utmost concern. It is committed to uphold the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace. To ensure its implementation, the Company adopted a system aligned to OHSAS 18001, for which certification was obtained in November, 2001.
The Mill is located on a 17-hectare property in Mabalacat, Pampanga, approximately 87 kilometers away from Manila and about 15 minutes drive from Clark Field. The Mill is operating 3 shifts, 24 hours a day.
FSI uses 100% recycled paper as raw materials. To ensure steady and reliable supply of raw materials, the company established tie-ups with major wastepaper dealers/suppliers here in the Philippines.
The bulk of FSI production is Corrugating Medium which is delivered in jumbo rolls to its customers who are mostly converters.

- With Professional Driver’s License Restriction Codes 2 and 3.
- Preferably with TESDA Certificate on Heavy Equipment but it is not a requirement
