Likas Yaman Service Corporation founded in 2001 to create a highly focused and specialized staffing company for San Miguel Corporation’s (SMC) Shipping & Lighterage Division. LYSC is a service company committed to providing the highest level of customer service and qualified industrial personnel. Staffing the operations, logistics and management personnel for the company’s installations plants and offices nationwide.
Starting with a very few staff and a small office in Makati, LYSC quickly became the premier provider of light industrial staffing solutions to SMC. We expanded rapidly throughout SMC’s expansions and our success has driven by our ability to make our client’s job easier. LYSC has fielded more than 800 workers to SMC and it will continue to increase in the next years to come.
As our name suggests, we specialize in placing full-time workers in industrial and industrial related environments with value for people in mind. We do not recruit or hire employees looking for just jobs. We open up workers dreams of having careers in their chosen fields. Everyone who comes to us is interested in obtaining optimum capacity to work.
