Jobs Specifications:
-Assist in sourcing out possible new clients for the company and establish database
-Will attend to existing clients in terms of managing their event requirements and documentation needed to execute acivities
- Ensures proper communications between company and clients.
-Prepares update reports and feedback for clients
-Coordinates with all concerned departments in the execution of an event
Qualifications:
- Female, with 2-3 years of experience preferably in a corporate events company
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English
-Excellent interpersonal relations
-Effective management of work priorities and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
(2) Administrative Assistant
Job Specifications
- Assists the Administrative Officer in managing the day to day administrative and personnel services
- Assists in ensuring proper implementation of employee recruiting procedures
- Ensures complete employee requirements upon hiring of employee
- Manages 201 files and administration records
- Ensures the proper implementation of office policies and procedures
- Prepares employee contracts, internal memos, correspondences.
- Assists in managing employee benefits, employee leaves, timekeeping and payroll.
- Prepares minutes of operational and management meetings
-Orients new employees on company poilicies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Male or female with at least 2 years experience as an Administrative or HRD Assistant
- Graduate of an Accounting or Human Resource Development degree from a reputable school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Teamworker, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to meet deadline with minimum supervision
- Organized and very detail oriented
(2) EVENTS SUPERVISOR
Job Specifications
- Supervises overall implementation of events
- Prepares project plan, schedules, manpower requirements for the event
- Ensures that the team meets client expectations according to plan, budget and schedules manpower and resources required
-Organizes team meetings and presentations
-Manages logistics for the events
-Prepare reports and other documentations needed by the client
-Prepares cost estimates breakdown for the event for appoval of Management
-Ensures that expenses are within project budgets
-Coordinates with suppliers for event logistical needs
Qualifications
- Male or female, wih 3-5 experience in supervising corporate events
- Graduate of any 4-year course from a reputable school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Teamworker, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Organized and very detail oriented
-People-oriented.
