Our Philosophy
Staff Alliance believes in the win-win philosophy. Its relevance to us however, lies in the
fact that win-win does not apply to our company and our clients alone. In reality there are
usually more than two parties involved in our engagements. There are the employees who are
hired or assigned to personally render the service we have engaged to do. And then there is
the government, who should be paid the taxes due according to law. Every engagement we
make takes all this into consideration. Thus, we always strive to ensure that our client gets
the quality service they deserve and pay for, we receive a decent income commensurate to our efforts and skills, our employees or the prospective employees of our clients will receive
just and lawful wages and benefits, and the correct taxes are remitted to the government.
We call this the four-way win philosophy. Under this multiple-win philosophy, all

Outsourced Staffing Services
It carries the brand name JobsAsia. This division provides outsourcing and temporary
staffing services for companies requiring relievers, and the so-called swing workers during
peak workloads. You can also engage this division for your various projects in such areas as
encoding, telemarketing and customer assistance.
Executive Search Services
It carries the brand name EJ Hall Consultants. It provides search and selection services for
various companies from Executive levels to Rank and File categories.
Custodial Services
It carries the brand name Cleanserve. This division will assist you in your requirement for
long term Janitorial Services.
