RISCOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY & MANPOWER SERVICES was registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in January 2002, providing Engineers, Consultancy Services and Maintenance Technician to its clients.
Riscor employs more than two hundred (200) Engineering and Maintenance Technicians to its major clients like Robinsons Group of Companies, Robinsons Department Stores, Robinsons Supermarkets, Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila, Holiday Inn Galleria Manila, Tutuban Properties Inc., RBF-Carmelray Industrial Park II and Summit Ridge Hotel – Tagaytay.
Despite the worsening economic crisis worldwide during the last quarter of 2008 RISCOR Manpower Services strives to give local employment for skilled worker such as air-con technician, electrician, plumber, plant mechanic and engineering staff for 5-star hotels and shopping malls nationwide.
RISCOR Manpower expands its operation from building maintenance (Engineering staff) service provider to hotel staff, F&B attendants, clerical and janitorial staff service provider, under the leadership of Engr. Lemicio J.S. Roxas.
