Responsible for overseeing and conducting recruitment, training management, personnel management, administrative and public relations programs; coordinates supportive services of the organization; oversees supply management and procurement, maintenance, security and safety.

Responsible for the design, layout and coding of a website. Involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website - how the site works and how it looks. May also be involved with the maintenance and update of an existing site. He/She shall work closely with the creative team to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming, graphic design and database administration are all elements o f this position.

Responsible for generating concepts/ideas and highly targeted copy on one or more accounts. May adapt to changes in format, media and/or clients’ strategies. He/She will liaise with clients, interpret their briefs, and present his/her ideas to clients and colleagues.

Responsible for providing a complete finance service to the whole company, addressing all issues of a finance nature and providing all relevant information to meet external demands. These services may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: budgetary setting, reporting and control, financial advice, income management, financial reporting, annual accounts preparation, debt management and payroll.

Responsible for producing design solutions to communicate client messages with high visual impact. Graphic design solutions are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity. Develops creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives.
