> Graduate of any Engineering course
> Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
> With 1-2 years working experience in Quality Assurance Activities
> With driving skills
STATEMENT OF DUTIES
> Reviews and verifies failed product from 100% Screening
> Handles customer feedbacks and complaints > Handles non-conforming products and customer returns (RTV Materials)
> Reviews customer demands related to quality > Supervises 100% Screening, lot control and packaging
> Reviews and implements customer drawings and specifications
> Performs corrective and preventive action follows-up for customer complaints > Reviews and monitors implementation of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) on process
> Checks and approves documents such as Certificate of Compliance and Quality Assurance |
