This one (1) year project role is intended to manage and operate the system for the C-Net software used by SMI to capture, process, and revert to each stakeholder on any issue, complaint, query, or suggestion regarding the companys activities and operations for the completion of its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) phase.
Key responsibilities will include :
Process each case generated by the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) issues management system and work with the available network resource and system components.
Perform research activities to validate data and/or information and secure responses from established and identified sources to develop appropriate responses.
Draft appropriate responses to all cases generated by C-Net and ensure approval to revert is secured, as appropriate.
Maintain / update records in the database.
Generate appropriate reports.
Key requirements :
Degree in Communications, Management, Education, Social Sciences or related course
At least one year professional experience in communications and/or information management
Skills in research, technical writing, and information management a must
Computer operation skills
Experience in database and/or data management a plus
