Based in General Santos City, this role is responsible for providing efficient and expeditious fleet, office and property management, administration and maintenance to keep up with the Projects increasing logistical support requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide the business with appropriate support by establishing and implementing pro-active and robust systems, policies, and procedures in managing and maintaining a large vehicle fleet, travel operations, office management, administrative services, and property administration.
Effectively lead coordination and communication processes with internal and external customers to ensure the least operational delays attributable to administration are incurred.
Lead and manage administrative staff, off-site vehicle coordinators, and drivers to effectively support operational requirements.
Ensure effective records management system is in place to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval and disposal of documents.
Manage the teams cost efficiency through prudent appropriation of resources while addressing operational requirements, effective budget process management, and expenditure scheduling and monitoring.
Key Requirements :
University Diploma in any course or field of study
Minimum of 6 - 10 years administrative or suitable equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a senior supervisory or managerial role
Effective in special projects management and implementation
Demonstrate high level of proficiency in complex problem resolution, decision making, leadership, interpersonal, facilitation, and time management
Able to establish and maintain a flexible, collaborative working partnership in a matrix reporting environment
Can deal with individuals at various levels of the organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills; preferably able to converse in Visayan and other local dialects
Experience in cost control and ISO Standards
High level of awareness on Health, Safety, Environment and Community Standards
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
