- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or Economics or its equivalent
- Male or Female
- Not more than 30 y.o.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have experience along marketing and credit operations
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, has the power to convince people
- With pleasing personality and has the capacity to achieve a given target
- has the leadership drive, result-oriented, flexible and can perform effectively under extreme pressure
