To oversee the Maintenance and construction department of a newly built 5 star beach front resort on Boracay. Should have at least 3 years experience in resorts / Hotels within the maintenance department, at least 2 years experience in managing a maintenance department. Must know all aspects including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical. Must be fluent (or excellent) in English written and oral. Knows how to create a preventative maintenance program and is able to manageand motivate people.
