Qualifications: A four-year degree in one of the following areas: Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, English, Publications, Education, Linguistics, Languages.

A master’s degree or equivalent experience in one of the following areas: Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, English, Publications, Education, Linguistics, Languages.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in planning, researching, writing, and editing documentation used to program, install, migrate, troubleshoot, and learn software.

Broad range of and competency in tools to produce documentation.
Expertise in a wide range of writing skills.

Expertise in producing documentation is at least one of the following business areas: finance, production, sales and distribution, order taking.
