The BPO - HR Representative Senior Analyst provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.
The HR Representative Senior Analyst ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. He/she provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.
BPO HR Representative Senior Analyst supports Cebu DC project account with numbers ranging from 150 to 500+ members.
Key Responsibilities:
Handles resource management, staffing, employee relations, performance management, salary administration of the project account. Regularly liaise with project executives on HR related matters.
Acts as a Single-Point-Of-Contact of all HR related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries.
Prepares confidential HR management reports Functions as Counseling Family HR Rep handling employee relations and counselingSubject Matter Expert (SME)/Process Point-Person for moderate to complex special projects - e.g. Headcount Report
Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource related coursesAt least 2 to 4 years' HR related work experienceShould have work experience focus in any 2 of the following functional areas:
Performance Management
Employee Relations Career Counseling
Labor Relations Resource Management
Training & DevelopmentCompensation & Benefits Administration
Client Management
Good communication skills
Willing to do Cyclical Shifting
