Responsibilities:
deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically
respond promptly to clients inquiries
handle and resolve clients complaints
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
manage clients campaign
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
College diploma, College level general education degree or equivalent
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of relevant computer applications
ability to type
knowledge of administrative procedures
numeric, oral and written language applications
interpersonal skills
excellent communication skills - verbal and written
listening skills
attention to detail and accuracy
adaptability
initiative
stress tolerance
technical background in SEO is a plus
call center experience is a plus
