Responsibilities:
This position is available within our SEO team. You will be writing SEO keyword optimized content for websites. This requires a higher than average level of writing and analysis skills. You must be able to write professional website content in American English and have a high level of editing skills. Your editing skills may be utilized to edit articles and other writers’ content, so the ability to edit at a high level is a necessity. You would have your own work station, headphones, music to listen to, fresh coffee, and a nice office to work out of in Makati. One of your responsibilities would be ensuring that your writing is well written, follows guidelines, and matches existing website content in terms of both style, target audience, and services offered. We are looking for people who have a passion for writing, research, and are, of course, loyal, long term employees.
* A flair for writing and editing with an understanding of what works on the internet.
* Gathers, writes, edits, and/or coordinates related editorial material to ensure dynamic and updated content on the sites.
* Web content editor should be able to edit a lot of quality content quickly and efficiently.
* Conducting a thorough research online in different industry to edit variety of content.
* Schedule the creation/acquisition of content in accordance with editorial policy.
* Strong editing and proofreading skills are also advantageous to the web editor.
* An understanding of keywords and meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing as an Editor or equivalent.
