Job Purpose: Provide assistance to the HRD Head in the areas of recruitment, benefit administration records management and office administration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Placement
1.1. Source applicants and conducts initial screening of applicants ( review of documents, check outs references )
1.2. Check completeness of pre-employment documents to include SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, ID .
2. Benefit Administration
2.1. Process government mandated benefits ( SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig ) and company benefits(employee loans).
2.2. Perform timekeeping functions.
2.3. Record applications for leave of absence and ensures that applications are properly accomplished.
3. Employee Relations
3.1. Ensure that the Company’s discipline policies and procedures are implemented properly and consistently.
3.2. Assist in monitoring of employee performces through the semi-annual accomplishment and
Submission of performance appraisal reports.
3.3. Document employee complaints and assists in its resolution.
4. Office Administration
4.1. Maintain the 201 File of the rank and file employees.
4.2. Ensure the availability and safekeeping of HR forms.
4.3. Maintain the filing system for HR dept.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Experience: At least one year experience in HR work. BS Nursing graduates with HR experience are welcome to apply.
Competencies: Computer literate, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
