Eligible candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree. A plus if he/she: is from UP,Ateneo,La Salle, PNU, or NTC with good academic credentials. Has completed education units. Has passed the LET. Enjoys teaching children and is compassionate towards them. A plus if he/she: has experienced teaching children in a classroom or tutorial setting; can teach all Grade school subjects;has experience preparing drills and study materials. Has excellent English written and oral communication skills. Is flexible, patient,enthusiastic, and creative. Works with minimum supervision
Responsibilities:
* Guide Grade School Academic Coaches to help empower students to critically engage concepts by subject learned at school.
* Prepare study materials and help create programs customized to each student’s needs
* Teach all Grade School subjects (Math, Science,Filipino, English, Sibika at Kultura)
* Make an evaluation of the students' performance.
* Keep parents updated of their child’s performance in the center.
* Report directly to the Program Director.
