Responsibilities:
•The Business Analyst is responsible in maintaining and monitoring customer agreements and sales commissions in support of the North America operations.
•This includes system setup of the agreements / deductions and commissions, Initiating the reconciliation process through timely coordination with the sales account managers, external sales reps, customers and finance team members to reconcile, among others, the accrual balances and payments while maintaining an organized documentation to have an adequate audit trails.
•The specialist also needs to generate rebates and commission reports, ensure accuracy of information and resolve unexpected results.
Qualifications:
•Candidate must have 3-5 Years Experience in a related field
•Accounting or Finance Educational Background
•Candidate must have Financial Report Experience and Financial Review/Analysis
•Candidate must have strong finance and accounting knowledge
•Candidate must have advance knowledge in MS Office Applications
•SAP knowledge required
