• Must be taking or have finished Master’s degree in Marine Transportation
• Must have at least two years of teaching experience in Marine Transportation
• Must have at least 24 months sea-going experience in the capacity of Chief Mate or 2nd Engineer
• Must have IMO certification 6.0939 and IMO 3.12
