Responsibilities:
•Responsible for analyzing (regional/global) requests, data collection, editing, processing of information and updating them in the GHR system.
•Consults with various departments and/or local HR counterparts concerning the importance of data requirements, and aids in providing feedback information to them.
•Provides assistance in the preparation of special analyses and reports - regional/global.
•Cascades new methods to improve data quality and processes
•Recommends and/or implements new standards and procedures for administrative information.
•Performs related work as required.
Qualifications:
•HR Professional with at least 3 years of thorough experience in the field.
•Working knowledge and exposure to SAP systems for a minimum of 1 year (training will be provided via actual work/daily tasks and special orientations)
•Strong background in project management, with at least a direct hand in managing two major projects.
•Computer, Business, Management graduate
