Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably licensed. Minimum of 2 years work-related experience, preferably gained from a real-estate/construction industry. Knowledgeable in land development, housing constructions, documentary compliances & the likes. Detail & result-oriented, & can work with minimal supervision. Personable, & with good oral & written communication skills. Willing to be relocated in San Pedro/Sta. Rosa/Cabuyao/Calamba, Laguna (preferably living within Calabarzon Area).
