General Job Description
Under general direction, responsible for managing the delivery of a contracted business deal with annual client revenues of $10 to $30 million. Typically manages large, multi-site deliveries and/or complex deliveries of medium to high risk. Ensures delivery meets contracted specifications. Leads delivery teams, develops and maintains relationships with key customers. Ensures all projects are moving forward, and that all components for successful delivery are in place. Coordinates resources and develops project plan; resolves issues with regards to delays in project delivery and resource constraints. Advises senior management of project and client status. Facilitates program level issues and change management resolution
Qualifications:
•At least 5 years relevant experience in Delivery Management preferably well versed in the airline travel domain
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Proven ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
•Open to working on flexible hours having the need to collaborate with internal and external clients of different timezones
•Highly collaborative and adaptable to working in a multicultural environment
•Airline Domain industry experience is a definite advantage
•As tasks basically focuses in client delivery, candidate should be open to working flexible hours (evening to midnight calls, early morning calls) to adjust to different timezones, should be very collaborative and open to travel
