Oceanlink Institute, Inc., a wholly owned training subsidiary of Negros Holdings & Management Corporation, has been created to produce, through training, the best sea-based and land-based professionals in industries of maritime, hospitality, and culinary arts for domestic and international employment.
The company aims to provide quality training and education to current and upcoming seafarers to prepare them for their work when they board their ships.
NNOI offers programs required for domestic and international employment onboard vessels which are accredited by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), Maritime Training Council (MTC).
Oceanlink Institute is in need of competent candidates for the position of:

ON-THE-JOB TRAINEE(S)

General Responsibilities:
1. Assist units in daily operations and logistics.

Specific Tasks:
1. Prepares documentations and logistic requirements.
2. Assist in file management and consolidation.
3. Other tasks as relevant to the student’s field of study.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Students of the following courses:
a. BS Business Administration
b. BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
c. BS Information Technology/Computer Science
d. Or other related fields to the abovementioned courses
2. Letter of Recommendation from School
