Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of Manufacturing. Monitors production line and performance of operators
• Performs the line monitoring/ production line ,do planning and organizing a production activities , Can do asses and formulates Improvements like KAIZEN and TPM activities
• As a leader, be able to evaluates the performance of subordinates and operators at production line base on skill level competencies and technical .
• Monitors process abnormalities, output and WIP
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any Engineering (ECE,ME,EE,IE, Management Engineering, Chemical Engineering )
• Required skill(s): Supervisory, Planning and organizing, Problem and Solving
• Preferably with experience working in Manufacturing , handling Process which deals manpower and Machine Control
• Full-Time positions available and willing to work on shifting schedule.
