* A graduate of IT or any computer related courses.
* Able to install and configure Software/Hardware applications (Database Server, Web Server, and other related applications).
* Knowledge on Citrix Server, Cisco VPN client, CTL, and other related remote connection applications is an advantage.
* With solid understanding of Networks and above average technical knowledge
* With background in customer service is an advantage
* Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
* A background on Insurance Billing and Accounting is an advantage
* Excellent communication both oral and written
* Must be willing to work on night shifts and have flexible hours.
* Resident or willing to work in Cebu City
