Job Description:
• Gather prospective clients' contact details through Research.
• Make calls, Follow-up with Health-care Clinics, Doctors, owners and Office Managers to establish a relationship.
• Follow-up on Website inquires and 3rd party leads to ensure demonstrations.
• Gather and document information of the Prospect clients in Sales CRM.
• Describe the product benefits and any special offers and advice how the software may benefit Prospect clients.
• Send introductory and follow-up emails and faxes, track response and convert to demonstration
• Persuade Prospects to view Product Demonstrations.
• Prepare/update necessary reports on daily basis.
Specific knowledge requirement:
• High Intellectual Quotient
• Medical background is an advantage.
• Resourceful and Computer savvy
• Exceptional American English communication skills (both oral and written)
• Amendable to work Night shifts Mondays to Fridays US Shifts.
• Resident or willing to work in Cebu City.
