Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent ensures that fast and efficient service is provided to guests with the registration, posting of charges, cashiering procedures, checkout, mail and message services, prompt answering of telephone calls, guests’ inquiries and other guests’ requirements.
Qualifications:
1 College graduate preferably BS Hotel and Restaurant Administration or BS Tourism graduate
2 Must have at least one year Front Office experience, if not a
graduate of BS HRA or BS Tourism course.
3 Fluent in oral and written English
4 Energetic and physically fit
5 Must be a team player
6 Honest
7 Pays attention to details
8 Pro-active and anticipates guests’ needs.
9 Personable, people oriented and approachable
10 Highly organized
11 Is able to handle stress
12 Willing to work on shifts
13 The Front Office agent also handles the business center and reservation transactions after office hours.
