Requirements:

*   Expert PHP5 skills with solid grasp of Object Oriented principles and common design patterns
*   Familiarity with any PHP frameworks and the MVC paradigm
*   Good SQL query structures
*   Understanding of indexing engines like Solr, Lucene
*   Server Side JavaScript Node.JS
*   Javascript with any framework (jQuery, Prototype, MooTools, etc)
*   Experience and comfort with working on unix/linux systems and basic system administration skills (Apache configuration, basic shell scripting, etc)
*   Experience with version control systems (SVN, CVS, Git)

 Preferred:
*   Zend Framework
*   jQuery or YUI
*   Understanding of NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB
*   SVN
*   Gearman
*   Memcache
