Experience creating standards-compliant web pages using HTML5/XHTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Knowledge around how common browsers interpret CSS (such as CSS browser bugs) and techniques that one can use to work around those differences.
Familiarity with WAI-ARIA (pronounced way aria) and front-end accessibility.
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery, including event handling and preferably event delegation.
Working knowledge of Photo shop or Fireworks toward slicing and optimizing images and constructing image sprites.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks or experience with Vanity would be a plus
