Job Summary:
Leading the Order Management you will be responsible to maintain timely and effective communication to customers and to ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the ERP system. All administrative issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process must be addressed so that orders are dropped to Distribution on time to ensure customer requested delivery date is met. While managing the day to day operations, you will need to drive improvements to key processes, while mentoring and developing the teams.
The successful candidate will combine people management, technical, business and analytical skills and professional experience.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
•Must be a college graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
- MBA is a plus, specifically if specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a a supply chain / BPO/Contact center/Customer Relationship management in an international environment
- Similar experience in Sales Administration, Order to Cash is a plus
•Able to work in a team environment with globally dispersed operations
•Very process oriented with ability to evaluate processes and develop on-going improvement plans
•Experience in logistics supply chain management
•Experience working in an ERP environment
•Willing and able to travel internationally
•Willing and able to work US business hours
Skills
- MS Office skills. Very good knowledge of Excel required
- SAP experience in Supply Chain modules would be a plus
- Must pass verbal / written communication skills assessment
- Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement skills a plus |
