Responsibilities:
* Checks buyer’s original pattern, sample, IO file workmanship and specifications,
* Develop Master Pattern to Customer Specification
* Shrinkage testing and application on different fabrics, seams and constructions
* Adjust pattern based on evaluation /shrinkage for bulk pattern
* Make alteration form for bulk pattern finished and size specification
* Manual checking to ensure pattern measurement is correct before released.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
* Have at least two (2) years experience on a similar role
* Computer based pattern making experience (Lectra / Gerber / Accumark)
* Manual pattern making experience
* Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
* The ability to cope within a high-pressure and fast paced environment
* Can work with minimum supervision
