QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have effective oral and written communications skills
*Preferably with minimum 6 mos. to 1 yr. experience handling outbound sales projects or equivalent call center work experience.
*Strong customer service orientation with ability to probe/inquire to meet customer needs
*Must have demonstrated problem solving, analytical, listening and selling skills
*Must be able to work shifting hours, and holidays
*Exemplifies positive and enthusiastic attitude
