DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent shall be responsible in ensuring that products are being delivered to the accounts at its optimum time and quality, from the distributor’s warehouse to the account’s warehouse.
a. PRODUCT DELIVERY
1. Assists warehouse personnel in ensuring accurate quantity of products being loaded for delivery.
2. Ensures maintenance of the proper product stocking level in the truck and the proper drop-off areas of the outlets.
3. Ensures safe and on-time transport of products by road mapping and transport planning.
4. Assists DSP in preparation of products being sold to outlets.
5. Ensures acknowledgment of delivery made to the outlet by requesting Customer or his/her representative to sign the delivery slip, after outlet takes inventory of the delivered stocks.
6. Receives BO products from outlets, with supporting BO return slip form, accurate and completely accomplished and duly signed by the outlet personnel.
7. Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if & as deemed necessary.
b. TRUCK MAINTENANCE
1. Ensures trucks are in good condition at all times, through proper maintenance and regular mechanic check-up.
2. Requests vehicle check-up through Warehouse Custodian, if deemed necessary.
3. Ensures that the truck is washed at least once a week.
4. Ensures that truck displays and ad stickers are still visible and spotless from dirt.
5. Ensures on-time departure and return to warehouse every after delivery daily or as scheduled (especially during color-coding day).
6. Surrenders the truck key to warehouse custodian after product loading.
7. Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if deemed necessary
