- Graduate of any engineering, business or management course
- minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor
- retail-industry background is an advantage
- knows how to make management reports which document repairing data and costs
- knows how to Monitor and process parts purchase order requests and requests for payments
- knows how to develop standard practices and procedures
- experience in supervising works of repairmen
