Responsibilities:
-Primary responsibility is to supervise Sales Staff, Sales Specialist and Sales Engineers.
-Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales area.
-Support customer requirements - address customer issues and inquiries on quality, delivery, cost/pricing and technical information.
-Establish plans and strategies to sustain existing customers as well as expand customer base.
-Contribute to the promotion and sales of new products.
-Responsible in getting full support from production and other departments.
Requirements:
-Graduate of any Engineering Degree Courses.
-Must have strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Results-oriented, enthusiastic, dynamic, organized and assertive.
-Preferably those with working experience particularly in Electronics industry.
-A team player, pro-active, and costumer-oriented.
-Must know how to speak/communicate in Chinese Mandarin
-Must be willing to work in Pampanga.
