JOB TITLE: Spanish Speaker - Verification Specialist (CSR)
JOB CODE: OBPO-007

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for research, background checks and investigations with marketing team to develop strategies that will aid and sustain business development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contacts business or service establishments to obtain information about an individual or a group's standing.
Identifies information by categorizing, recognizing differences and similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
Processes, analyzes and documents obtained information, and prepares report of findings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong moral principle of integrity; ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
First-rate skill set including active listening, writing, reading comprehension, and judgment and decision making.
Excellent abilities in written and oral expression and comprehension, speech clarity, problem sensitivity, and inductive and deductive reasoning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

At least one (1) solid year of work experience in call center or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
Near native level fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to work on day / night / graveyard shift .
Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
