Responsibilities:
Ensures that all commercial facilities are in good conditrion and well maintained
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the real estate/property management
Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
