The HR Process Re-engineering Manager is responsible for evaluating, improving the efficiency current work processes, and or proposing new and reengineered ways to facilitate the transition of different global processes .
In addition, he/she will also be responsible for identifying critical checkpoint in each process to proactively signal any variance and ensure that deliverables are met.
• At least 10 years related and progressive HR experience.
• Experience in leading large-scale transitions and re-engineering efforts, with a bias towards challenging the status quo.
• Experience in the various methods of transitioning work “Lift and Shift”, “Move then reengineer”, “Reengineer prior to transition”.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Preferably Six Sigma certified practitioner.
