The HR Process Re-engineering Analyst will be responsible for documenting the to be work flows and identifying critical checkpoint in each process to proactively signal any variance and ensure that deliverables are met.
At least 2-3 years related progressive experience, preferably in HR with involvement in any process re-engineering or continuous improvement projects.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Can communicate effectively across most levels of the organization.
Willing to work on shifting schedule
