The CompBen Analyst is responsible for receiving and responding to questions and escalated issues on compensation & benefits /HRIS/international assignments and related matters that are directed to the HR Service Center. Conducts assigned analytic and programmatic activities to support the successful development, implementation, communications and administration of comprehensive compensation/HRIS/international assignments guidelines, programs, practices and policies in HR Service Center.
• Preferably with 4-5 years of related, progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits .
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to synthesize and conceptualize compensation and benefits related issues.
• Compensation planning, and/or administration and/or related HR program design experience, preferably in a large, international (>8K employee) corporate environment.
• Can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and MS Word.
• Prior HRIS user experience including report generating is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
