The Staffing Analyst will be responsible for responding to escalated issues on Talent Acquisition/Talent Management and related matters that are directed to the HR Service Center. Conducts programmatic activities to support the successful implementation, communications and administration of comprehensive Talent Acquisition/Talent Management guidelines, programs, practices and policies in Analog Devices HR Service Center.
• Preferably with 4-5 years of related , progressive experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management.
• Can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and MS Word.
• Proficient in Taleo Applicant Tracking system.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
