Responsibilities:
Negotiates various types of contracts including master agreements, non-disclosure agreements and the terms and conditions of transaction specific agreements, including pricing. Partners with the internal client, ADP Legal, Finance or other internal groups as required.
Manages and prioritizes projects, contract negotiations and assignments.
Supports and communicates with ADP internal clients regarding planned or open initiatives. Responds to internal client inquiries in a timely basis.
Interacts with suppliers on current projects or in support of the supplier relationship management process.
Manages supplier selection processes.
Briefs Global Procurement management on projects status. Escalates issues as required.
Performs market research and benchmarking.
Enters agreements into CMS and approves agreements in Ariba.
Files fully signed hard copies of executed agreements.
Performs other procurement related tasks as requested.
Requirements:
7+ years of sourcing experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Advanced contract drafting abilities.
Strong strategic sourcing abilities (i.e. competitive bidding, supplier selection, business and financial analysis, risk assessment).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with ADP and supplier management.
Strong presentation skills.
Good organizational abilities, including the ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple projects and assignments.
Understanding of global marketplace, particularly IT.
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Ariba a plus. |
