- Good knowledge of using ARS (Action Request System)
- Familiar with NT installation protocol, SMOG and SOP documentations
- Strong command in communication and follow through
- Expertise in server hardware (HP Proliant, blade/cluster) and platform enabling software implementation and administration
- Strong working technical knowledge on Windows server operating systems, domain controllers and Microsoft Directory Service
- Strong technical knowledge in server backup configuration and monitoring (Veritas NBU)
- Basic knowledge in supporting Citrix Presentation (XP) server, Storage Area Network (SAN), security account administration
- MCSE certified
