Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Staff will ensure smooth implementation and checking of employees’ log-in and out using the attendance software. The requested employee will also be tapped to assist in processing some benefits such as loans, reimbursements, insurance etc. Furthermore, the Administrative Staff is also expected to provide assistance to other HR-related functions in the section e.g. Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Employee Relations,and Benefits Planning & Administration.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of AB/BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
Preferably with one (1) year related work experience
Systematic and organized
Candidates should have the ability to keep confidential information and documents
Must have above-average interpersonal skills
Adept to various computer applications and software |
