•Must have passion for cars and auto parts
•Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening
•Conversational American English Clear Diction and Enunciation
•Ability to multi-task
•Good documentation skills
•Solid organizational skills
•Detail orientated
•At least 6 months - 1 year of proven exceptional Customer Service is preferred
•Willing to work with varying shifts
